Ingredients
- 4 lbs Roma + 3 lbs Vidalia + 2 lbs peaches
- ½ cup bourbon (simmered 3–4 min)
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 3 cups brown sugar
- ½ cup balsamic + ½ cup apple cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp thyme + 2 tbsp ginger
- 3 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
Method
