Ingredients
- 2 cups Red Bell + 1 cup Orange Bell + 2 cups yellow onions + ½ cup jalapeños + 8 cloves garlic
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 5 cups sugar
- 1 cup apple cider vinegar
- ¼ cup lemon juice
- 2 tbsp fresh thyme
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 pouches liquid pectin
