Interior cadence
Typical rhythm: bathrooms & floors weekly, sheets weekly–biweekly, fridge interior monthly, oven quarterly, range-hood/vent filters monthly, baseboards & dusting monthly, windows interior seasonally.
Gutters
Clean twice a year minimum — late spring (pollen/pine) and after autumn leaf drop. More often under the oaks. Pairs with the downspout/Juncus drainage areas.
Windows & screens
Exterior wash spring and fall; rinse screens at the same time.
Pressure washing
Driveway, walkways, siding, and deck/patio roughly annually (spring) — Atlanta humidity grows green film fast on north-facing surfaces.
Dryer vent
Clear the full vent run annually — a clogged vent is a fire risk and kills efficiency.
Grill & outdoor kitchen
Deep-clean at season start and close; quick burn-off after each use.
Pool deck
Keep the deck swept and rinsed (and keep saltwater off the raised beds — see the Garden Guide).
